Shipping and Return

SHIPPING
Normally it takes 2-4 working days for handling and packaging. All items will be shipped by USPS and DHL Express (USA) and Global Mail (worldwide) which usually takes no longer than 15 working days delivery after manifested for USA and 21 working days for worldwide. Tracking number will be provided.
  • USPS: 7 - 15 days
  • DHL Express: 5 - 7 days
  • Global Mail: 10 - 21 days
Keep in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

For holiday and peak seasons, all deliveries may take longer time. Please be patient when awaiting your item. 

REPLACEMENT & REFUND
At Polygon Case we are committed to quality products and gaining your highest satisfaction.

We welcome feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product in the future. If we are not aware of a problem we cannot rectify it.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can request for a prompt replacement or refund within 2 business days of receipt of package. Refund will be credited in the full amount of item prices, excluding shipping charges, and in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This only applies to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt. We do not keep inventory therefore we cannot accept returns. Plausible reason must be given—we do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser will be not accepted.

To file your claim, send us an email at support@polygoncase.com. Please provide some helpful information, at least a clear photograph of the item showing the defect(s) and the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of the claim.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

CANCELLATIONS
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
